What th'?
I am tired of being called a fascist. Apparently, anything Obama means you are a fascist. Look at the rhetoric coming out of FauxNews, the right-wing pundits, and even posts from my pal Sibby in SD (although you may need to go through a few pages to get to the series of "fascist" headines).
Seriously, the GOP has said they are calling Obama a "fascist" because it raises the hackles of your typical person. This name calling is worse than anything done from the left over the last 8 years.
And I'm tired of being called names that don't apply. While I like the idea of "socialized" healthcare, that's only because I would like the same opportunities that members of congress get (which they keep telling us we don't need or deserve, but refuse to get rid of for themselves), not to mention social security, medicare, public parks and public services (like police, fire depts, and EMTs); I am not an advocate for the public's subservience to business and war (fascism), or the gov't control of industry (communism).
Why does the right, who keeps calling out at the left as "name-callers" and haters, keep insisting on calling the left names designed to paint them as the worst of humanity?
